Integral solution
HQSonics has more than 10 years of experience in developing solutions for NDT-applications. Based on this experience, we are able to offer the service which covers a complete route, starting with the ultrasonic inspection problem and finishing with an integral solution, which consists of equipment, instructions and training. The following stages are followed: Preparatory study of the inspection situation, manufacturing of testblocks, study of how to inspect, manufacturing of equipment, writing of instructions and training.

Preparatory Study
A study is performed to check if it is possible to inspect the object with ultrasonics. For example, knowledge is needed about the ultrasonic properties of the material, what defects have to be found and possible locations for inspecting the object. Part of the study is a proposal of how to continue with the application at hand.

Manufacturing of testblocks
As a result of the preparatory study, we make a proposal for the manufacturing of testblocks. These blocks can be manufactured by the customer or by HQSonics.

Inspection study
In this study the specifications of the equipment needed to inspect the object and how to inspect the object is researched. Equipment can consist of ultrasonic flawmeters, manipulators, ultrasonic probes and instructions.

Delivery of equipment and training
As desired by the customer, HQSonics can take care of the delivery of equipment, we can write instructions and train the personnel in how to use the equipment and the interpretation of the results.
